- In large bowl, add butterscotch pudding mix to 4 cups (1 L) milk and beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Scrape down bowl. Continue beating on low speed 5-7 minutes, until thickened and smooth. Beat in ice cream until well blended; fold in chopped bananas.
- Divide banana mixture among 32 (6 oz/175 mL) dessert dishes.
- Add chocolate pudding mix to remaining milk and beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Scrape down bowl. Continue beating on low speed 5-7 minutes, until thickened and smooth. Spoon about 3 tbsp (45 mL) over top of each serving.
- In large bowl, beat whipping cream and Whip it until stiff peaks form; dollop over chocolate pudding. Top each serving with banana chip.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Cook’s Tip: Garnish each serving with shaved chocolate or a drizzle of salted caramel if desired.
