Product description
Luxuriously creamy pudding with pearls of tapioca and vanilla flavour, easily prepared by combining with milk and cooking until thickened.
Preparation
- Heat 1.3 L 2% milk in steam-jacketed kettle or heavy pot.
- Pour 5.4 L cold 2% milk into a separate container.
- While stirring, gradually add 1 kg (full bag) of tapioca pudding mix.
- Stir mixture into hot milk.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to boil (bubbles break surface) and begins to thicken. Tapioca pudding will be slightly thin; it thickens as it cools.
- Simmer stirring at minimum heat for no longer than 1 minute.
- Cool slightly.
- Pour into individual dishes.
- Refrigerate.
