Product description
A no-cook, calorie reduced mousse with a light and airy texture and fresh tropical fruit flavours.
Preparation
YOU WILL NEED:
- 1 Full Package Dr. Oetker Calorie Reduced Chiffon Mix (500 g);
- 3 L Cold Water;
- Electric Mixer with minimum 10 L bowl.
- Measure cold water into mixer bowl.
- Empty full package of mix into water, stir.
- Mix at low speed for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Scrape down bowl.
- Cover the mixer bowl.
- Whip at high speed for about 3 to 6 minutes or until peaks form.
- Chill for 2 hours minimum before serving. Refrigerate unused portions.
