1. Measure the required amount of Ultra Thick.
2. While whisking vigorously, sprinkle Ultra Thick into liquid, until evenly dispersed.
3. Let the mixture stand for 2 minutes, during this time the mixture will reach the desired consistency

• Honey/Custard: About 2 tbsp (9.0g)
• Pudding: About 2 tbsp + 1 tsp (10.5g)

Required consistency per 125 ml (1/2 cup): Hot Beverages, Broth & Soups

• Nectar: About 1 ½ tbsp (6.75g)
• Honey/Custard: About 2 tbsp + ½ tsp (9.75g)
• Pudding: About 2 tbsp + 2 tsp (12g)
