Ingredients

1½ cupsDr. Oetker Butterscotch Instant Pudding Mix
7⅔ cups2% milk, divided
8 cupsvanilla ice cream, softened
4large bananas, chopped
1 cupDr. Oetker Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
2 cups35% whipping cream
2 tbspDr. Oetker Whip it
32banana chips

Directions

  • In large bowl, add butterscotch pudding mix to 4 cups (1 L) milk and beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Scrape down bowl. Continue beating on low speed 5-7 minutes, until thickened and smooth. Beat in ice cream until well blended; fold in chopped bananas.
  • Divide banana mixture among 32 (6 oz/175 mL) dessert dishes.
  • Add chocolate pudding mix to remaining milk and beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Scrape down bowl. Continue beating on low speed 5-7 minutes, until thickened and smooth. Spoon about 3 tbsp (45 mL) over top of each serving.
  • In large bowl, beat whipping cream and Whip it until stiff peaks form; dollop over chocolate pudding. Top each serving with banana chip.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

Cook’s Tip: Garnish each serving with shaved chocolate or a drizzle of salted caramel if desired.
