- Break ladyfingers in half and place in bottom of 26 (6 oz) serving glasses. Brush ladyfingers with coffee.
- Mix together strawberries and blueberries; spoon 2 tbsp berries over ladyfingers in each serving glass.
- Place mousse mix in mixing bowl; add milk. Using electric mixer, mix on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down side of bowl; beat at high speed for 5 to 6 minutes or until peaks form.
- Pipe or spoon 1/4 cup prepared mousse over berries. Repeat layers: ladyfingers, coffee, berries, mousse.
- Garnish with sprinkle of chocolate and 2 strawberry halves. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
Chef’s Tip: Spike coffee with brandy, Marsala or sherry if desired.
