- Toss together pulled pork, soy sauce and sriracha sauce until well coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 60 minutes before serving.
- Prepare Dr. Oetker Pizza Plank Cheese according to package directions to order.
- For each serving, in small skillet set over medium heat or in 425°F (220°C) oven, heat 60 g soy- and sriracha-infused pork to order for about 5 minutes or until heated through.
- Top each Dr. Oetker Pizza Plank Cheese with 60 g soy- and sriracha-infused pork. Drizzle with 30 mL Spicy Sesame Mayo. Add 30 g Quick-Pickled Radish, Cucumber and Carrot Medley and 5 g fresh cilantro leaves.
Sandwich Variation: Top pizza with a second prepared Dr. Oetker Pizza Plank Cheese. Alternatively, serve Banh Mi Pork Pizza folded over as a taco.
Tip: Add chopped pineapple along with the other toppings.
