Ingredients

25Dr. Oetker Pizza Planks Cheese
750 mLCreamy Garlic Sauce (see recipe, below)
750 gpeas, cooked
175 ggoat cheese, crumbled
25 slicesprosciutto, each sliced into thirds
125 gpea shoots
25 gpepper

Directions

  1. Prepare Dr. Oetker Pizza Planks Cheese according to package directions to order.
  2. For each serving, drizzle 30 mL Creamy Garlic Sauce over each Dr. Oetker Pizza Planks Cheese. Top with 30 g peas and 7 g crumbled goat cheese. Transfer to oven and heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Top with 3 pieces sliced prosciutto and 5 g pea shoots. Sprinkle with 1 g pepper.

Sandwich Variation: Top each pizza with a second prepared Dr. Oetker Pizza Planks Cheese.
Langis Pairing: Serve with Sparkling Sangria Lemonade.

Tips

  • Arrange sliced pears over top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
  • To make Creamy Garlic Sauce, combine 750 mL prepared Dr. Oetker Alfredo Sauce with 90 mL minced garlic.
