Ingredients

125 gSwiss cheese, shredded
25Dr. Oetker Pizza Plank Pepperoni pizzas
1.5 kgprepared pulled pork
750 mLDijonnaise sauce
375 gdill pickles, sliced
375 groasted red peppers, sliced
375 gred onions, sliced

Directions

  1. For each serving, sprinkle 5 g shredded Swiss cheese over each Dr. Oetker Pizza Plank Pepperoni; prepare according to package directions to order.
  2. Scatter 60 g pulled pork over top; drizzle with 30 mL Dijonnaise sauce. Top with 15 g dill pickles, 15 g red peppers and 15 g sliced red onions. Transfer to 425°F (220°C) oven for about 5 minutes or until heated through.

Sandwich Variation: Top pizza with a second prepared Dr. Oetker Pizza Plank Pepperoni.

Tip: Squeeze a bit of lemon or lime juice over pizza before serving.
