Ingredients

Baked Wings:
5.5 kgsplit chicken wings
72 gbaking powder
20 gsalt
60 mLvegetable oil
Lemon Pepper Glaze:
454 mLbutter
200 gDr. Oetker Lemonade Drink Crystals
32 gpepper
20 gsalt
8 gonion powder
8 ggarlic powder

Directions

  1. Baked Wings: Preheat oven to 450°F (220°C). Toss together chicken wings, baking powder and salt. Arrange evenly on parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Drizzle with oil.
  2. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown, crispy and cooked through.
  3. Lemon Pepper Glaze: In small saucepan set over medium heat, combine butter and Lemonade Drink Crystals.
  4. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until butter is melted and Lemonade Drink Crystals are dissolved. Stir in pepper, salt, onion powder and garlic powder.
  5. In large bowl, toss chicken wings in batches with hot glaze until evenly coated.
  6. For each serving, serve 4 to 5 wings or 188 grams.

Tip: Serve wings with celery and carrot sticks and ranch dressing for dipping if desired.
