- Baked Wings: Preheat oven to 450°F (220°C). Toss together chicken wings, baking powder and salt. Arrange evenly on parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Drizzle with oil.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown, crispy and cooked through.
- Lemon Pepper Glaze: In small saucepan set over medium heat, combine butter and Lemonade Drink Crystals.
- Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until butter is melted and Lemonade Drink Crystals are dissolved. Stir in pepper, salt, onion powder and garlic powder.
- In large bowl, toss chicken wings in batches with hot glaze until evenly coated.
- For each serving, serve 4 to 5 wings or 188 grams.
Tip: Serve wings with celery and carrot sticks and ranch dressing for dipping if desired.
