Ingredients

Guacamole:
2 kgavocados, halved, pitted, peeled and mashed
4 cupstomatoes, diced
3 cupsred onions, diced
1 ¾ cupjalapeño peppers, seeded and diced (optional)
2 cupfrozen chopped cilantro
1/3 cupcider vinegar
6 tbspgarlic, minced
3 tbspDr. Oetker Lemonade Drink Crystals
1 ½ tbspsalt
4 tbsppepper
Zesty Lemon Chips:
6 tbspDr. Oetker Lemonade Drink Crystals
4 tbspchili powder
4 tbspground cumin
2 tbsppepper
1 lbtortilla chips
Cooking spray

Directions

Guacamole:

In large bowl, stir together mashed avocadoes, tomatoes, onions, jalapeños (if using), cilantro, vinegar, garlic, Lemonade Drink Crystals, salt and pepper. Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 24 hours.

Zesty Lemon Chips:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In large bowl, stir together Lemonade Drink Crystals, chili powder, cumin and pepper; set aside.

Arrange tortilla chips on 4 large parchment paper–lined baking sheets.

Lightly coat tortilla chips with cooking spray. Sprinkle with seasoning mix; toss to coat evenly.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until tortillas are lightly toasted.
