Preparation

Empty 500g bag of mix into a large mixing bowl
Add 7 Litres cold skim milk, stir
Mix at low speed in electric mixer for 1 minute
Scrape down sides and bottom of bowl
Continue mixing at low speed for 3 minutes, scrape down sides and bottom of bowl
Mix for an additional 3 – 4 minutes at low speed, until smooth

Pour into dessert dishes

Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes
Refrigerate unused portions
