Calorie Reduced Butterscotch Instant Pudding Mix
Product description
Luxuriously creamy, calorie-reduced instant pudding with rich butterscotch flavour.
Preparation
- Empty 500g bag of mix into a large mixing bowl
- Add 7 Litres cold skim milk, stir
- Mix at low speed in electric mixer for 1 minute
- Scrape down sides and bottom of bowl
- Continue mixing at low speed for 3 minutes, scrape down sides and bottom of bowl
- Mix for an additional 3 – 4 minutes at low speed, until smooth
- Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes
- Refrigerate unused portions
Pour into dessert dishes
