A no-cook, calorie-reduced mousse with a decadent texture and tangy lemon flavour.
Preparation
YOU WILL NEED:
- 1 Full Package Dr. Oetker Calorie Reduced Mousse Mix,
- 4 L Cold Skim Milk,
- Electric Mixer with minimum 10 L bowl.
- Empty full package of mousse mix into mixer bowl.
- Add cold skim milk.
- Scrape sides and bottom of bowl.
- Mix at low speed for 1 minute.
- Scrape down sides and bottom of bowl.
- Cover the blender.
- Whip at high speed for 5 minutes or until peaks form.
- Chill for 2 hours before serving. Refrigerate unused portions
