Preparation
- Empty 500g package of Wellcare instant pudding mix into a large mixing bowl.
- Add 2.5 L cold 2% milk.
- Mix on low speed for 1 minute or until smooth.
- Scrape down sides and bottom of bowl.
- Mix on low speed for 5 – 7 minutes.
- Portion into serving dishes.
- Refrigerate 10 – 15 minutes.
- Refrigerate unused portions.
