Product description
Pre-baked brick oven 12″ pizza with flavourful tomato sauce, topped with tasty pepperoni and delicious mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Dr. Oetker Perfettissima Stone Oven:
- Set top heat to 605F. Set bottom heat to 515F.
- Remove pizza from packaging.
- Bake directly on pizza stone for 4 to 4 1/2 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
- Tip: To ensure even edge cooking, rotate the pizza halfway through baking time.
Convection Oven:
- Preheat oven to 450F (230C). Set Air Flow to 50% of max.
- Remove pizza from packaging.
- Bake on wire pizza pan or directly on oven rack for 4 to 4 1/2 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
Conventional Oven:
- Preheat oven to 425F (220C).
- Remove pizza from packaging.
- Bake for 8 – 10 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
