Product description
Pre-baked brick oven 12″ pizza with flavourful tomato sauce, topped with grilled zucchini, grilled red and yellow bell peppers, grilled eggplant and delicious mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Dr. Oetker Perfettissima Stone Oven:
- Set top heat to 605F. Set bottom heat to 515F.
- Remove pizza from packaging.
- Bake directly on pizza stone for 5 ½ to 6 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
- Tip: To ensure even edge cooking, rotate the pizza halfway through baking time.
Convection Oven:
- Preheat oven to 450F (230C). Set Air Flow to 50% of max.
- Remove pizza from packaging.
- Bake on wire pizza pan or directly on oven rack for 5 to 5 ½ minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
Conventional Oven:
- Preheat oven to 425F (220C).
- Remove pizza from packaging.
- Bake for 11 – 13 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
