Ingredients

3.5 oz (100 g)Dr. Oetker Hollandaise Sauce Mix
8 ozbutter, softened
3 cupspeeled cooked small shrimp
2 cupsdiced red pepper
1 cupthinly sliced celery
¼ cupthinly sliced green onion
¼ cupfinely chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbspgrated lime zest
1 tsphot sauce
Salt and pepper
12New England–style rolls, split

Directions

  • Hollandaise Sauce: In large saucepan set over medium heat, stir Hollandaise Sauce Mix into 1 cup cold water; bring to boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix in butter until smooth; let cool.
  • In large bowl, combine shrimp, red pepper, celery, green onion and cilantro.
  • In separate bowl, combine ½ cup prepared Hollandaise Sauce, lime zest and hot sauce; toss with shrimp mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Fill each roll with ½ cup shrimp mixture.

Chef’s Tip: Substitute lobster for shrimp if desired.
