Ingredients

Spicy Salmon:
1 tbspolive oil
24 (each 4 oz/125 g)fresh salmon fillets
1 tbspgarlic powder
2 tspchili flakes (optional)
2 tspground ginger
2 tspsalt
1 tspblack pepper
Cilantro-Lime Hollandaise:
½ cupDr. Oetker Hollandaise Sauce Mix
2 ½ cupscold water
¼ cupliquid honey or agave syrup
3 tbspolive oil
2 tbspfresh lime zest
½ cupfresh lime juice
1/4 cupchopped fresh cilantro, divided

Directions

Spicy Salmon: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Brush 1 tbsp olive oil in bottom of shallow full hotel pan, and arrange salmon fillets on top.

In small bowl, stir together garlic powder, chili flakes (if using), ginger, salt and pepper. Sprinkle half of the mixture evenly over salmon fillets.

Cilantro-Lime Hollandaise: In medium bowl, whisk together hollandaise sauce mix with remaining spice mixture. Whisk in 2 ½ cups cold water, honey, olive oil, lime zest, lime juice and ¼ cup chopped cilantro until smooth. Pour mixture around the salmon.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until salmon is cooked and flaky, and sauce is thickened and bubbling. Garnish with remaining cilantro before serving.
