Product description
A classic convenient and easy to prepare, stove-top custard.
Preparation
- Pour Caramel Sauce into individual custard cups.
- Mix contents of bag (1 kg) with 2 L (8 cups) of milk to make a smooth paste.
- Heat 4.75 L (19 cups) of milk to boiling over medium heat.
- Stir in custard mixture.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a rolling boil.
- Remove from heat. Let stand 1 minute.
- Pour carefully over caramel sauce in dishes.
- Chill until cool and set, about 2 hours.
- To serve, loosen edge with a knife and turn out onto dessert dish.
