Preparation

Empty 540g package of Wellcare instant mousse mix into a large mixing bowl.
Add 1.75 L cold 2% milk.
Mix on low speed for 1 minute or until smooth.
Scrape down sides and bottom of bowl.
Mix on low speed for 6 – 8 minutes.
Portion into serving dishes.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Refrigerate unused portions.
