Ingredients

700 mLmilk
12eggs
454 gDr. Oetker Yorkshire Pudding Mix
200 gDr. Oetker Shirriff Lemon Cooked Pudding and Pie Filling
Assembly:
1 kgmixed raspberries, blackberries and blueberries
15 gicing sugar

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Generously grease 25 (3.5-inch/9 cm) mini cast iron skillets (or six 9-inch/23 cm cast iron skillets); place in oven to preheat.
  • Using electric mixer, beat milk with eggs. Whisk in Yorkshire Pudding Mix and Lemon Cooked Pudding and Pie Filling until smooth.
  • Using 1/4 cup (60 mL) measuring cup or #16 scoop, divide batter evenly among hot skillets.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and puffed.
  • Assembly: Just before serving, garnish each serving with 40 g mixed berries. Dust with icing sugar.

Tip: Serve with a dollop of whipped cream, vanilla ice cream or Greek yogurt as an option.
