Product description
A rich creamy sauce that is easily prepared by adding water and butter and heating.
Preparation
- In a large saucepan, stir 400 g (full bag) Hollandaise Sauce Mix into 3 L cold water.
- Cook over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 min., stirring occasionally.
- Add 908 g softened butter. Mix until smooth.
- Refrigerate unused portions.
